Los Altos

Dynamic and tranquil community.

Welcome to Los Altos

Dynamic and tranquil community

Once an agricultural town full of humble abodes and apricot orchards, Los Altos has grown into an upscale commuter town. Today, it’s a family-friendly area in Santa Clara County, full of nearly 80 miles of trails and off-road paths to wander and discover the community.

The town was incorporated in 1956, and people continue to be enticed by its steady climate, rolling hills, scenic valleys, and the upholding of a "residential-agricultural" lifestyle. There is little commercial activity in town to retain its rustic style, so you will need to travel outwards to find retail options.

The town is small, but the population is affluent, with a median home value of $2M. Let one of the many excellent architects nearby design your perfect home here in Los Altos. Stoecker and Northway Architects, INC. focus on the client and their every customized request. Specializing in single-home design, new building, and interior design, Anav Design will create a stunning modern and contemporary home for you and your loved ones.
